??: Leave those alone! A voice rang around the room from somewhere as Skywarpo headed toward the computer.
The Autobot emerged from the shadows. Starscream wasn't likely to recognise this individual. He seemed at home in the shadowy corners of the room, but stepped out to face the seeker. Autobot: I ought to, but to be perfectly honest I just can't bring myself to care. He wondered over to a cabinet, gambling that Starscream wouldn't shoot him. Autobot: After all, we aren't doing very well, are we?

SkyWarp looked around to find whoever told him to leave them alone. He had to admit it spooked him a little and never expected it at all. "Thundercracker. Stay on you Cyrbos. We're not alone it seems." SKyWarp said with a smirk.....

((I don't know. I've told her it's her turn a hundred times, but I guess she's too caught up in something else... *shrug* I'll remind her again, but no promises.))

((oic: Hmmm... Well, I'm skipping Rin because I'mma jerk like that... Looks like I have a few options. Enter rant about how awesome I am? Maybe... Retreat because something happened? It's a tad early for that... Ignore the autobot? Not that dumb... Shoot him? He's fascinating me, though... Stare at him blankly? Nah, that'd be somebody else... Hm... How about a combination of a few of them? That'd work... Kind of... I haz me a post.))Starscream Such a bold bot this was, to walk right up to him. Eying him carefully, he pulled up him arm, pointing the cannon at this unfamiliar mech, and slowly putting down that which he had been going through. Tactical advantage wasn't worth death. Nothing was worth death... He had a whole life to live, an ambition to complete... He couldn't very well take over the Decepticon army if he was dead, could he? No, if death was what was coming, the city could suffer. But still... The bot thought. He seemed a bit more clever than the other ones so far... Perhaps it would be best to remain wary of him.
Replying to the 'bots comment, though, Starscream kept his gun trained carefully on him, his expression careful. "No... No, you aren't..." Suddenly he wondered what was going on with the others. He wasn't entirely sure those two he'd sent to 'scout' essentially would actually refrain from battle, and Skywarp and Thundercracker might be running in to something upstairs. So many things could go wrong... A whole city of things. But no, they were seekers. They were the great and proud aerial warriors. Nothing could truly defeat them.

??: You shouldn't be here, Decepticons. I suggest you leave, and soon. The voice seemed to be coming from every corner of the room.
The Autobot eyed the cannon, but didn't seem overly concerned. Autobot: It seems to me that there's very little sense in being on the losing side of a war... especially when the Autobots aren't exactly willing to do "whatever it takes" to win. Too much honour. He opened the cabinet and began to search through it. Autobot: Too much stupidity.

((I'm going to go with the assumption that Rin is NOT going to come back. I have spoken with her several times about this, and have finally gotten about as close to a 'no' as I'm going to get from her. [[WHY can't ANYBODY I know just say NO instead of HINTING?!?]] So I vote we continue in Kalis, and if we do, Skywarp needs to post next to keep an order going.))

SkyWarp had to find someway to get this bot to show himself. This seemed to already get old and fast. "Come out then and I wont touch the controls eh? Fair enough?" SkyWarp asked though curious of the bot that was talking to him. But also to shoot him for telling him what to do...

StarScream Starscream eyed the bot carefully at this point, evaluating the weight behind his words. He smacked his hand away from the files, too. After all, he could just be trying to save a specific one from being found, now couldn't he? Now, he couldn't let that happen. In fact, he should probably just kill him here and now. Deceit, while a good quality to be able to turn against a foe, was not something he'd fall for easily.
T
he words the Autobot spoke, however, tended to indicate that perhaps he didn't want to be an Autobot... This could be turned to his advantage. After all, if this bot wanted to turn sides, he'd have to prove his worth, first. If he was a spy, he wouldn't want to harm his comrades. We couldn't have that, now could we? So he spoke. "Your words tend to indicate that perhaps you don't wish to be clumped in with this Autobot group. Is this true?" He spoke slowly, and almost hissed the word 'Autobot' between his lip-plates as he spoke it, as though the very word disgusted him. If this bot really didn't want to be a part of his own side, then there would be use from him. He internalized the mental smirk, though. Not yet. Don't get too cocky. Not yet... ??: I cannot grant this request, Decepticon.I am all around you. That hardly explained anything. Thundercracker...
OOC: Whose role I shall be assuming following what Firefly said...
...shifted nervously. Thundercracker: Uh... what on Cybertron's that meant to mean?
The Autobot frowned as Starscream smacked at his hand, but nodded slightly. Autobot: Right, fair enough, sorry, shouldn't be messing around with that stuff if you don't trust me, should I? He got to his feet. Autobot: i don't particulalry want to be grouped with them, no. They're... far too weak for my liking. He chuckled. Autobot: No, Air Commander Starscream, I much prefer your style.

SkyWarp looked around more wonderng if this Autobot was just in another room to make SkyWarp and Thundercracker think he was in the room but hiding there somewhere. Though this was confusing him, her went toward the controls to see what was on them. He wasnt going to get scared by a mere Autobot voice. "Dont know 'Cracker but Im going to figure out whats on those screens. You might want to cover me in case this Autobot voice actually decides to show himself."
He continued looking to see what was on the screens...

StarScream This was a situation which Starscream had not yet run into. He had heard of similar situations, but he had yet to be forced to deal with one. This bot looked as though he may be telling the truth, looked as though he would be of assistance, but he could just be a spy trying to get into the ranks. He, Starscream, could use that. Yes, by allowing a spy to get in he would potentially endanger Megatron himself, or at least learn about he who he had proclaimed a personal foe. If it wasn't a spy, he could gain one more in the army who would follow his orders if Megatron were to fall - and of course, every bot counted.
Beginning to look through said files again, albeit distractedly, he let a slight scheming grin form on his facial plates. "Then naturally you'd be willing to prove yourself to the cause, correct? After all, I'm certain I could find something for you to do..." Yes, this bot could have use, but in both science and in war, one cannot be too hasty in conclusions, and one cannot proceed carelessly.
L
ooking at the mech between glances at different files - any information he could gleam at all could help - he tried to determine how this mech could help him. A smaller mech generally indicated a fast or sneaky mech, a larger mech meant more of a battle stature, wings meant an aerial unit - of course, that was what he preferred - and no wings was normally more a ground-based build, as most of the Autobots were. A determination as to whether the mech were likely to be melee based or ranged would also be helpful. A visual once-over would help a lot in determining this, but so would trial and error. Or the mech telling him, but that wasn't half as fun. Probably a lot faster, though. This mech? He was most definitely in the stage of experimentation. [/blockquote]

As Skywarp attempted to acces the files on the screen, a padlock appeared, and the files faded to a turquoise background with an Autobot system. ??: Access: denied. I cannot let you access this system.
Autobot: Of course, especially if it involves someone getting killed. He glanced sideways for a second, then back to Starscream. Autobot: Though preferably not me. What will it be then? You want me to shoot one of my "fellow Autobots" in the face?
