((ooc: Huh... getting the idea I know these bots. xD ))
Warpath Ah, so the group had formed... Fairly quickly and silently, too. Oddly routine, seemingly... He looked ahead at the destruction that had already been brought... These things happened fast, and it was sad. Seeing it though, he pushed himself to get there to help sooner, hopefully ending things as needed...
[ color=pinkistoolight!]Arcee She froze for an Astrosecond in surprise, but immediately thawed. While her mind sqee'd like a teenage girl, she kept her composure light. In fact, treating like a friend, in a sense, was a good path. Hence the infamous insult-swaps of the two... She mentally smirked at that. "I was just goin' Hot Rod. Come on!" She replied, an almost cocky grin on her face. Now's not the time for this... She mentally berated herself before attempting a more serious expression.[/color]

It wasn't long before the group were nearing the remains of the communications hub. Ultra Magnus had taken the lead, blaster at the ready. Ultra Magnus: The communications tower was knocked down before the shuttle crashed, so there may well be Decepticons in there. Springer: Huh, great.
Hot Rod grinned as the two set off. Hot Rod: You think anyone could've survived? Behind them, Sideswipe shoved Hoist aside and ran off after them.

Alpha Trion set himself up behind Sandstorm, trying to figure out a plan should the decepticons prove too much to handle. He could leap over Sandstorm's possible corpse - however unethical - to try and close the gap between him and the cons, though that would probably only work if they were really close by. On the other hand, he could try and activate Elita-1, but she'd only run at 50% power tops, and even then there was less than 10% a chance of her activating successfully. What to do...

Sandstorm waited for a moment as they neared what had once been the entrance to the hub, which was now simply a huge hole in the wall. A group of Decepticons had gathered around the entrance, and seemed to be arguing about who went in first. Sandstorm: If the something in that crate can help us, I suggest we open it. I mean, if it's a battery or somethbing we could throw it at them?

Warpath He too was at the ready... He kinda figured there'd be cons, but didn't say anything. The events of earlier that day had been enough to keep him quiet for a while, but he really did hope that everything came out a'right...
Arcee She would'a shrugged was she not running, but instead Arcee replied quickly. "Is sure hope so - hate to see any more casualties already... Besides, maybe they could help." She tried to focus on the goal ahead, not the fact that she was running alongside the one mech she had a crush on. Focus, girl. This is important!

The group continued to hurry along. Ultra Magnus: Whoever's under there, Decepticon or otherwise, we rescue them, alright? He glanced back at Warpath. Ultra Magnus: No more deaths. Sureshot: So save Autobots and capture cons? I think I can remember that.
Before Hot Rod could reply, a red blurr hurtled past him. Sideswipe was running with the speed of a bullet. Hot Rod: Hey, he's gonna beat us! We can't let that happen! He transformed into vehicle mode. Hot Rod: Come on!

Alpha Trion shook his head in response to Sandstorm's question. "It's not a battery, or anything either of us could throw really, not without damaging it. And I can't risk bringing it online, if it fails, then I'll have damned another poor spark..." He said, eyeing the decepticons. He didn't know if there were others nearby, how strong their weapons were, and if there was anyway for he and Sandstorm to stand a chance of taking the cons out.

Sandstorm: We'll have to find some way round. I don't think we can take on six Decepticons at once. He began look about for a window or some other means of gaining entrance.

Warpath "Of course." He replied solemnly, continuing toward their destination with the group. It was important to keep the lives... Even if they didn't value the other lives around them...
Arcee "What is this, a fun race?" She smirked as she spoke, before transforming as well. She did know it'd be better to get there faster anyway. He seemed a bit too enthused, but what could she say? It was cute. She had to hold back a giggle at that thought, speeding along toward the scene.

Less 'think' and more 'certain couldn't and hope to win' in this scenario. If they had more botpower, and a few heavier weapons, then maybe. Then again, this was a fort. "Sandstorm, do you have a short range communictor on or in you? I can understand the hub for contacting somewhere like Iacon, but within the fort itself, would seem a bit odd."

Ultra Magnus brought everyone to a stop. The communications hub was just up ahead, but so were a group of Decepticons, who were gathered around the door. Springer: But we can take them out, right?
Hot Rod: Definately is! Sideswipe was still up ahead, and he continued even when Hot Rod came to a stop. Both of them had seen the Decepticons around the door. Sideswipe transformed and tackled the one nearest to him. The others turned in surprise as the Sideswipe and his target hurried past. Hot Rod transformed and retrieved his weapon. Hot Rod: Has he got a deathwish?
Sandstorm: Yeah, I shoulod be able to broadcast over a short distance frequency, but the Decepticons might pick it up, which wouldn't do us... He was interrupted by a crash, and turned to see Sideswipe and a Decepticon fly a short distance and then crash to the floor. Sandstorm: Guess we'd better help him quick!

Even Alpha Trion was baffled by the sudden appearance of some foolhardy bot, who outright tackled one the six decepticons. "For once, that sounds like a plan. No bot would be foolish enough to travel alone in this situation - he must have a squad nearby!" Alpha Trion yelled, abandoning the platform to leap out from his cover, giving a battle cry of 'For Cybertron!' as he went to tackle one of the other decepticons, and dig the plasma torch right into the bot's spark, if possible. If that youngbot's foolish tactic didn't get the attention of the presumed nearby squad, then Alpha Trion's yelling almost certainly should.

Sandstorm followed Alpha Trion, blasting at one of the Decepticons. Alpha Trion's target slumped to the floor, dead. Sideswipe picked himself up, punching the con into an offline state. The pother Decepticons were recovering from their surprise.

Arcee Transforming as well, she looked on in minor surprise. Drawing her own pistol, she prepared to take a sniper's shot and help from afar. "I don't know, but we should help out some anyway! Or are you just gonna stand there and watch?" She piped up, before taking aim at one of the enemies standing at the scene.
Warpath He too looked out at the scene. "Hey, whether we can or not, we gotta try to catch 'em." He stated, fully prepared to enter in the group and help to capture and bring in these 'cons.
